Dispatch times

Every order is handled with the same care we put into our casks. We aim to dispatch within a couple of days, but if you need something in a hurry, just give us a call—we’ll do everything we can to help.

Delivery costs

We keep delivery costs as fair as possible, but due to the size and weight of some items, pallet delivery is often the best option.

If your postcode isn’t shown at checkout, email us with your details and the item you’d like—we’ll provide a bespoke quote.

Kerbside delivery

Please note: pallet deliveries are kerbside as standard. Our drivers will always try to get as close to your property as possible, but uneven or gravel drives can make this tricky because pallet trucks don’t work well on rough surfaces.
