We stand by the quality of everything we craft. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

• Refunds: We’ll refund the item price (excluding delivery costs).

• Our mistake: If we’ve made an error, we’ll cover everything—including delivery.

• Damaged or faulty items: Let us know immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please pack items securely and attach the address label.
